We have a diverse range of on-campus student accommodation options available at Curtin Perth. All of our properties are located within a five-to-ten minute walk from your classes and are managed by UniLodge and St Catherine’s College.

Agricola is Curtin’s on-campus student accommodation in Kalgoorlie. Our high quality and secure accommodation is located on the doorstep of campus and the town centre.
Living and learning on campus enriches your uni experience. You’ll enjoy living, socialising and studying in a safe and supported community where classes and retail outlets are close by.
Included in your weekly rent are your utility costs, as well as an off-peak gym membership at Curtin Stadium. All Curtin students have access to free wi-fi, and when you apply, you don’t need to pay a bond or security deposit.

St Catherine’s is Curtin’s only catered residential college on campus, offering support to students throughout the different stages of their studies and a range of room types.
Across the road from Curtin Perth, close to shops and restaurants, Erica Underwood House provides convenient accommodation for students.
Located opposite Curtin Stadium, at Guild House you can choose to live in a six or four-bedroom apartment. A range of options are available, including double rooms.
Kurrajong Village is located on the west side of campus directly across from Waterford Plaza shopping centre. Limited double rooms are available.
Sitting within beautiful gardens, Vickery House offers fully-furnished six and eight-bedroom units on the south-east boundary of Curtin Perth.
Located in the Exchange precinct on-campus, Twin Dolphin Hall features a mix of studio, ensuite and shared apartments with private bedrooms and common lounge, kitchen and dining facilities and a games zone.

Agricola is Curtin’s on-campus student accommodation in Kalgoorlie.
Agricola offers high-quality accommodation and recreational facilities at reasonable prices. The grounds are gated and located a few minutes’ walk to Curtin Kalgoorlie and Kalgoorlie’s central precinct. Within the grounds there’s a gym, tennis court, squash court, barbecue areas, study rooms and a laundry, which are all free for you to use. You can park at Agricola for free if there are available bays.

Kalgoorlie is 650 kilometres east of Perth in the heart of Western Australia’s gold industry. From Perth, most students travel to Kalgoorlie by train (The Prospector) as it is considerably cheaper than travelling by air. It takes one hour to fly to Kalgoorlie from Perth and around seven hours by train. Students driving to Kalgoorlie should plan on it taking at least six hours from Perth. Trains leave daily from the East Perth Rail Terminal. View timetable via the Transperth website.

When you arrive in Kalgoorlie, go to the Agricola office located at 61 Wilson Street.
